What is the return / exchange policy? 

We accept returns for unworn items with original tags and packaging in exchange for a store credit. All returns must be submitted within 3 weeks of receiving your package. All sale items, swim and accessories are FINAL SALE. 

I received my item and it arrived damage!

Be sure to contact us within 1 week of receiving your package with any issues in regards to a damaged item. After 1 week we do not accept returns for damaged items. We apologize in advance! 

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are processed within 4-6 business days. (Monday - Friday Excluding Holidays) Shipment time for all domestic orders is 2-3 business days. International order shipment time can range anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on your destination. 

How long will it take to receive my order during the current COVID-19 pandemic?

As our priority is to ensure the safety of our customers and team all orders placed during the current COVID-19 pandemic will have a processing time or 7-10 business days and a regular shipping of 2-3 business days.

What is the return / exchange policy?

We do not offer returns for the items received in your monthly box however if an item does not fit we will exchange the sizing for you free of charge. 

When will i be receiving my monthly box?

Depending on the first day you place your order, your box will be shipped out the same day every month. 

When will i be charged for my subscription?

You will be charged on the same day every month. 

Can i use After pay installments to pay for my subscription?

Unfortunately After pay cannot be used to pay for your HER l Style box since it is a subscription.

How do i cancel my subscription ?

Simply log onto your HER l Signature account via our home page and click "cancel."
